Manufacturing Services

River Microelectronics specializes in low-volume production and rapid prototyping. We offer advanced services in surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology (THT) assembly, including soldering, inspection, and testing. Our focus on precision and efficiency ensures high-quality results for all your electronic manufacturing needs.

PCB Fabrication

printed circuit boards and fabrication materials

Our seamless integration of fabrication and assembly helps streamline the production cycle, reduce lead times, and maintain stringent quality control throughout the manufacturing process.

Rigid PCB

Traditional, cost-effective construction with up to 80 layers of FR-4 material.

Flex PCB

Flexibility while maintaining mechanical integrity. Up to 8 layers, depending on the design.

Rigid-Flex PCB

Best of both worlds. Up to 24 layers of rigid and up to 18 flex layers.

High Frequency PCB

Specialized laminates that support RF and microwave applications from 50 MHz to above 2 GHz while maintaining electrical, thermal, and mechanical performance.

Quick Turnaround

We understand the importance of time-to-market and strive to provide quick turnaround times without compromising on quality.

Deliver the Finished Product

Also known as box build, product assembly extends beyond the PCB. This process can include the work required to deliver a fully assembled and functional end product:

  • Assembly of smaller components or modules
  • Enclosure installation
  • Cable and wire harness assembly
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Installation of additional components
  • Labeling and marking
  • Software installation and configuration
  • Quality control and inspection
  • Custom packaging
  • Shipping logistics

This service helps companies outsource not just PCB assembly but the broader product assembly process, reducing the need for multiple suppliers and streamlining production.
