Rigid PCB

Traditional, cost-effective construction with up to 80 layers of FR-4 material.

Flex PCB

Flexibility while maintaining mechanical integrity. Up to 8 layers, depending on the design.

Rigid-Flex PCB

Best of both worlds. Up to 24 layers of rigid and up to 18 flex layers.

High Frequency PCB

Specialized laminates that support RF and microwave applications from 50 MHz to above 2 GHz while maintaining electrical, thermal, and mechanical performance.

Quick Turnaround

We understand the importance of time-to-market and strive to provide quick turnaround times without compromising on quality.

PCB Assembly

Turnkey

Comprehensive support from sourcing through PCB fabrication, assembly, and box-build services.

Consignment

The customer supplies the PCBs and all or most of the electronic components required for assembly.

PCB Assembly Process
  • Solder paste stenciling
  • Component programming (flashing), if applicable
  • Component placement
  • Reflow or wave soldering
  • Through-hole component insertion, if applicable
  • Inspection, testing, and quality assurance
Product Assembly

Deliver the finished product with support from our assembly, integration, and fulfillment capabilities.

Design for Manufacturing and Assembly

Design devices and systems with manufacturing in mind, assessing compatibility with production processes to reduce cost, improve yield, and address obsolescence when redesign is required.

PCB Design

Professional PCB design based on your project requirements, specifications, and constraints.

Software & Firmware

Microcontrollers, DSPs, and FPGAs. We often develop software and firmware alongside hardware that is still under development.

Joint Design and Manufacturing

A collaborative approach between the customer and our engineering and manufacturing teams, allowing greater customization and optimization of the final product.
